Hello and thank you David UK and I only received full premium package - what is absolutely amazing! I am not easily impressed and I have an expensive taste, but man, Louis did magnificent work. BTW what you will get at the end is much more (SO MUCH MORE). Highly recommended, I have one more business which is also is going through redevelopment and rebranding, yes - you guessed it right - I will be referring back to Louis to do it. I just love it when some people in business (or in society), but not many, very few people have an ability to start the job, do the job well and finish it perfectly and finish it in all its entirety, completely with all details!.
David was great. I was provided with three options for my logo, with the first being spot on. Communication was great throughout and Louis even went above and beyond for me in relation to a formatting issue when the logo was converted to Word. Highly recommend..
For starters.. The guided questionnaire was the first sign that softriver is A+. The questionnaire really helped me convey exactly what I was looking for especially from brand identity and imagery. The only hard part was choosing between 3 outstanding logos! He perfectly captured the brand identity I want to build with my customers. Our final version will allow us to connect to our users on a personal/emotional level..
The premium package was worth the extra money for the delivered items. I would use again and would recommend. Cons: If you're in the US there is a geographic delay as the designer is in London. There is also some kind of unusual communication and wording as if the conversation were handled by a chat bot. The process by which you get your final files is unusual as there doesn't seem to be a way to see the work in advance of approval when you are done with the revisions and some revisions remain. I used one my remaining revisions to notify the artist that I don't need any more revisions. The product was then delivered, and I was able to review before approving.
I LOVE IT! He exceeded my expectation. Honestly, given the nature of my business and the logo I requested, I was a but unsure if I was going to like what I saw on the first go-around. But, it turned out perfect. Very satisfied with the work!.
ou will get an excellent, timeless logo that is just as good or better than anything you see. Animation upsell was really cool as well. Highly recommend this company.
